This is easily one of the most unique stories Ive had the pleasure of reading. It stands at the crossroads of multiple genres, so even science-fiction neophytes like myself can appreciate it. The many themes it deals withdisability, family, belongingare beautifully woven together by metafiction. More than a novel about robots, it is a testimony of humanitys love and need for stories in times where generative AI is ever-rising. If only for this reason, I urge you to give it a chance.
